The Salsa Chipotle Radar development kit is a BeagleBone Black compatible cape based on the XeThru X1 (0.7 GHz - 3 GHz) radar technology. The Chipotle is a lower frequency version of the Cayenne development kit and is suitable for ranging, tracking, and positioning capabilities where the environment can be demanding and penetration capability is essential. Example markets include Ground Penetrating Radar, Agriculture, Construction Equipment, and Machine Control. Applications can be written for the Chipotle using the Salsa software suite.

Comes with Salsa software preloaded on a BeagleBone Black. Tri-pod and mounting plate included.

ANTENNA

The Flat Earth AVA 0.8 - 4 GHz antenna cape is a Antipodal Vivaldi style antenna designed for UWB radar applications. This antenna makes it a good choice for mobile UWB applications such as Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR).
